Processing time is 1 working day. Orders placed before 12pm weekdays will usually be sent the same day.
Postage within the United Kingdom is free. All orders are sent via 48 hour tracked delivery, and orders over £80 will need to be signed for.
Orders over £120 will be upgraded to 24 hour tracked delivery and will need to be signed for.
Worldwide standard postage is a flat rate of £19.99. Delivery time is approx 3-7 days via Royal Mail and will be a tracked service.
USA includes tax. Other countries may have to pay import taxes, please check this before purchasing. If unsure, please shop via my Etsy or EBay shops as these will include taxes.
UPS express is available for USA customers - this takes approx 2-3 days.
If you change your mind within 14 days of purchasing, you may return for a full refund. Return postage must be paid by customer. The item must be unused, in original condition & include all accessories/batteries.
If item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a return label/collection and either refund or replace when item is recieved back to us.
